The Agency will provide the Client with deliverables as outlined in the project proposal or scope of work.
The Client will have 3 days from the date of receipt to review the deliverables.
The Client must provide written approval via email or signed document to proceed with the deliverables. If no feedback is received within the review period, the deliverables will be deemed approved.
If the Client requires changes or revisions, they must submit a request within the review period. The Agency will accommodate two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Any additional revisions will be billed at a rate of [specify rate, e.g., $XX/hour].
The Agency will provide an estimated timeline for the delivery of services. The Client agrees to provide necessary materials and feedback in a timely manner to adhere to this timeline.
The Client agrees to pay the Agency according to the payment terms specified in the project proposal. Payment is due within 3 days of the invoice date.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding any proprietary information shared during the course of this Agreement.
Either party may terminate this Agreement with 1 month written notice. Upon termination, the Client will pay for any services rendered up to the termination date.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
