1. Service Cancellation

• Before Work Commences: If you cancel the service before any work has started, you are eligible for a full refund of the advance payment made.
• After Work Has Started: If work has already commenced, the refund will be prorated based on the amount of work completed at the time of cancellation.
• Completed Projects: No refunds will be provided once the project has been completed and delivered.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are provided under the following conditions:

• The service delivered is significantly different from the description outlined in the project scope or proposal.
• In case of a technical issue or failure to deliver services as agreed, despite multiple efforts to resolve the issue.
• No refunds will be provided for services that have been fully rendered, unless there is an irreparable issue with the service provided.

3. Refund Process

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery of services. Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If the refund is approved, we will process it within 7 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

4. Non-Refundable Services

• One-time services such as website audits, reports, or consultations once delivered.
• Payments made for third-party services such as ad budgets, domain purchases, hosting services, or other external costs incurred on behalf of the client.

5. Disputes and Chargebacks

We encourage our clients to work with us to resolve any disputes regarding our services. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to dispute the chargeback and suspend further services until the issue is resolved.
